I called on a Tuesday and had a new fantastic high Efficient Infinity Heat Pump installed on Friday. On Wednesday, Dominic came by at the promised time to service my System and explained that the unit was past it's prime. Rob Nolt came by on Thursday at the exact time promised. He inspected the house and summarized my needs within an hour. Before he left he had scheduled me an install for the next day. The next day, Julian Baer and his assistant Andrew was right on time and installed the new unit with great care for my house and property. During the installation, I requested several little adjustments which they happily completed with no complaints. When they completed the install, Julian took the time to set up our thermostat with the Wi-Fi connection and fully explain the benefits of our new system. I will definitely recommend Cool Ray in the future to anybody who asks for help with Heating and Cooling. I have great respect for a company that hires people that truly have a passion for helping the customer. I do believe that is rare in this day and time. Employees make the company and you have four very good employees that represent you well.
