The service and response was outstanding. The only issue (a small one) is payment options. I am an established customer with considerable previous services and established account.
This time my AC failed while I was in Atlanta. The call record should show that I called from Atlanta. Your primary concern was that payment be made before service was completed. We lived at this address for almost 40 years so skipping out is NOT a risk, would it not be great customer service to trust me with a service call so my daughter wouldn't have to pay right then and there before the work has even started? Just a thought without knowing your business experience.
