I had previously signed up for their periodic maintenance plan. Last year they indicated my unit was on its last legs but I could wait a while to replace it if necessary. This year they produced photos of the bad components of my old system and I decided to proceed with the replacement. My new unit is excellent and will reduce my power bill as the old unit was drawing too much current. This is a solid company with helpful and friendly employees.
