The customer and his wife called 4 time on 11//6/17 to cancel and reschedule their electrical and plumbing appointments. I listened to all of the customer's calls and there was never a mention of a $124 set service fee.
We did run the plumbing call. Per our policy the customer was presented with a summary of findings that identified the problem and the cost to remedy the problem. The customer signed the summary of findings acknowledging the cost, $345, and authorizing the work to be done.
