The first time I needed service I called and had to beg them to come out and fix the AC since I was bringing home a new born without AC. When they got there the only thing wrong was the thermostat (I think). Sold me a $50 thermostat for $200. Figured that out a couple months later. I was told that I needed some parts changed out for the microbial filters, which I haven't notice a difference. Don't waste your money on that money pit. Three months later the AC went down again!! They did come out same day which was nice. After they detected the problem they tried selling me a Gold Package worth around $2000 to change out all the parts. A sliver package to change out some parts for a little cheaper. Or just the part for around $600. Not happy that they were trying to change parts that didn't need changed in the first place for big money. Ultimately was not happy and let the technician know about it. Ended costing me $300. The big picture here is they tried getting $2000 out of us for a $300 job. Be careful and ask lots of questions so you do not get ripped off.
