Mike Cotnoir was our technician this week for our 15 year old trane AC that needed checked out for lack of cooling and draining. After a thorough inspection, Mike was able to clean the entire outside and inside coils, check for leaks and add freon. He also unclogged the drain, fixed the outside drain line and wiped the entire outside and inside clean. Gratefully he brought back to life a great AC unit (TRANE)
Ive worked with Performance Air now many years with my rental properties and the technicians are very honest, straight forward and dependable. They won't force a new unit upon you if it is not required. They have a high level of integrity and I am extremely pleased as are my tenants with their professionalism and cleanliness.
