They did a fine job on my rugs, but the upholstery cleaning was not satisfactory.
I bought my carpet from ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service many years ago, and I have always used them to clean my carpets. I have used them for many, many years. They do a fine job on the carpets, and I will continue to use them for that. However, I think that they ruined one of my fabric-covered chairs, so I will not be using them to clean upholstery again. It was a very delicate fabric, and the nap did not come out looking the way that it should
