ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service was on time and did a good job. I'd give them good marks. They kept me posted about their arrival. Once they were here, they were very gracious and provided great service. They knew what they were doing. They were very upfront about some of the stains that they might not be able to get out. But they took their time and didn't rush. Their response was good, and they were very conscious of and careful with the wood floors in this old house. Very professional.
