The staff were courteous and efficient. We had stains from food, wine, and our dog on our sofa. The fabric is light beige and the stains were obvious. After the cleaning, a couple of spots were very faintly visible if we looked at them up close, but otherwise the stains had all but disappeared. The sofa is refreshed and we're no longer embarrassed to have guests sit there!
