I had an ink stain on my wall-to-wall carpet, so I called ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service. They got most of the stain out. But I was not upset because they warned me ahead of time that they may not be able to get it all out. They asked me if I wanted to continue, and I told them to go ahead.
