I want to shout out two members of your team. I have been a long, long time customer of ABC Rug and Carpet Cleaning Service. Max and Roger (alphabetical order) picked up and delivered my recent cleaning order. They were so polite and worked well together, listened to me and just did what was needed to get my rug and the old mat out from my apt. It was a huge worry for me as this order was for the bedroom with a ridiculously heavy expensive bed (from the ABC store a while back) and my piano on the rug. They did so well with the removal that I asked if they could come back and they said I could ask for them. I did when the delivery was scheduled and was so happy they showed up. Thank you to the scheduler who did what I requested.
Too many people complain, I wanted to make sure you know how great I think Roger and Max, Max and Roger (😊) are.
