This was my first time using ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service. I sent four carpets to be cleaned. Three of the carpets turned out great! One of the carpets was ruined. They faded the color and some of the colors bled through the others. This is a handwoven naturally dyed rug. I have sent it back, and they are trying to do something to fix it. They are not positive that they can fix it. This was my first time using this company. My only other comment would be that hopefully, they take responsibility for the damaged rug. If they cannot repair it at least replace it with something comparable.
