The rug I got from ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service was fine, and the people I dealt with were really nice. I ordered a rug from them, and when I spoke with the woman, she said that the rug would come with a pad that goes underneath, but assured me the workers that would bring it would make sure the pad itself would not be larger than the rug. I had specifically asked for it to be measured, to ensure there wouldn't be a problem. The guys who came out and delivered the rug did not know and thus did not have the tools to adjust the pad. They did a great job and went above and beyond to try and rectify the situation. I had to call my super in order to get a tool to cut the pad so it would be smaller than the rug. The guys were also not happy with it. I am happy with the rug, I just wish it would have been easier. I would definitely consider them again, but I'll make sure they know about this experience so it won't happen again.
