I have had a very good relationship with ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service and have absolutely loved the service that they provided to me for 20 years. This last service, so many things went wrong. I gave them some very expensive rugs that they had cleaned in the past and they had a list of all the carpets and promised that they would send three people out to collect the carpets. This included lifting the heavy object to remove the rugs from underneath. They only sent two guys that were not capable of managing the whole service and they had to make another appointment to come back out and retrieve the rugs that they were not able to get the first time. This was very inconvenient as I work and scheduling was so tight for me. When I got the rugs back I am not sure they even cleaned the carpets very well. The repairs were not up to par with what they usually do. They delivered them back to me late, many weeks after the scheduled delivery.

I am very sad because I have been working with ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service
for 20 years and this experience was so unacceptable and surprising to me. I am not happy. I also have a huge gash on my wall that I have to have repaired because they hit it with a piece of furniture because they were not properly staffed with only two men doing the job. These guys were not physically fit to do this type of work.

I will not be using them again. I need my rugs cleaned properly and I also paid for and need the service technicians to move the furniture to get to the rugs. These men were very nice but I just don't think they are capable of doing the heavy lifting and on top of that my rugs were not cleaned or repaired to my satisfaction. I will no longer refer them to anyone as I have in the past. It is very sad for me.
