I have been using ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service for a while now, but I had stopped using them for a while. They are constantly cancelling my appointments on me. I have to make sure I can get the day off from work, along with making sure my building allowed me to have a workman there on that day. Not to mention moving everything in the rooms for them to clean. I get the house prepared, but usually on the day of the appointment I get a call telling me that one of the techs is out and that we'll need to reschedule. Not good. Once they do show up however, the technicians are pleasant, and they do their job well. There is no problem with the work itself, only with the scheduling.
