I have used ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service in the past and their pickup and delivery service was excellent, and still is. I stopped using them for a while because I could get the same job done at far less cost. But, I had an older needlepoint rug that had a specific stain that I wanted to get out and that company simply could not do it. So, I called ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service again, and when the rug came back, the stain was still there. That may not be their fault, but I wish they had explained things better upfront that they could not get that particular stain out.
