Excellent service from the opening phone conversation through to delivery.

My rugs required cleaning as well as repairing. A man named Morgan was excellent when it came to arriving at decisions about what repairs would be worthwhile. He was knowledgeable and very helpful.
The delivery people were courteous and seemed to care about their work and setting up things just right.
