Very dissatisfied.

The first time I used ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service I was very disappointed. They came highly recommended and are well known in this area for their fine work. The guys who came to pick it up were nice. But when the rug came back, it wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction. It cost six hundred dollars and I was disappointed. The path where I walk all the time was the area that needed the most cleaning and it just wasn't cleaned to my satisfaction. I didn't bother calling them back to make it right. They just lost my business completely. It's too bad because this is a beautiful rug and I wish ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service had been able to do a better job.
