ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service cleaned and repaired my very expensive Oriental rug for me, and they did a great job. They picked the rug up, and then they delivered it back when they finished. This was an essential part of the service. This was done in a timely manner. They were some really gnarly stains on the rug, and a small rip. They fixed the rip, and they could not get all the stain out in one particular spot, but they really tried. They were most apologetic about it, and I believe they really tried to get it out. But some stains are just like that. Overall, it was just a beautiful job! I think the carpet was maybe a tad darker when they brought it back, but I like it that way. Because, my sister tracked in some of her "dog" onto it, and I got it out as best I could. But, with the darker color, it does not show as badly. I need to get them to come back out again because the rug has experienced a few more stains since then. I will once again call ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service!
