I wanted to write a review because the customer service I received in regards to my ABC Carpet was amazing. And it was all due to Michelle L. She was so helpful in the process, and thoughtful around each request. From pick up to sizing to delivery Michelle was there helping me along. I will never go anywhere else because of Michelle and she fantastic above and beyond Customer service. A stand-out! She was simply the best. Thank you Michelle for making what could have been a very painful and frustrating experience so wonderful. You really truly deserve these accolades.
