I was very disappointed in trying ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service. This was my first time using them and I was not happy at all. First off, they charged way too much for the level of work that they did, at least in my experience with them. The technician came out and picked up the rug for me. When they returned it to me I sent it right back! It did not look the way I had anticipated it to. So they brought it back to me and again it was not as clean as I had hoped for. I called the office at ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service and their explanation of it was that given the fibers of the material of the rug they had done the best they could in cleaning it --or so they said. I was not happy and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone. I will not be using them again.
