ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service is a phenomenal company to work with! I talked at length with Jo before having them clean a lot of rugs for me. It was three weeks before Thanksgiving so Jo and I discussed the timeframe and got everything set up. They came out to pick up all the rugs. They called me and recommended repairing some of the rugs. At that time I decided to wait to do the repairs and stuck with just cleaning. All the rugs came back beautiful! I did have five cotton rugs that were also sent in with this large cleaning batch that I had purchased at Marshalls in 2002 that was not as expensive as the others, they were cotton but they are very vibrant and pretty. The rugs from Marshalls were not of the same caliber as my other rugs are and with the age and wear, because they are in the high traffic area in the foyer, the backing is now diminishing a bit and flaking. I think, however, that could have been from the cleaning company I used before I found ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service. They picked up and dropped off at the times that Jo scheduled for me. The workers who came to pick up, and inspect one of the rugs in the master bedroom that I could not send in because it would have taken quite a bit to move the furniture to get that one sent in, were prompt, professional and polite. When they brought the rugs back they placed new padding under the rugs for me. I am absolutely thrilled with them and I will continue using them! They have been very patient, their pricing is very good and their customer service is excellent! I would tell anyone to call ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service without hesitation! They are an excellent company!
