They seem to be pre-occupied with excuses as to why their processes CAN'T accommodate the customer (delivery timing, requirement for instantaneous decisions on additional services, etc.) or why they DON'T fix problems with the carpet. I paid extra for "blocking" which was supposed to square up the carpet and it came back more out of shape than when they took it! Also, there was a stain on the carpet (some sort of black grease) that was NOT there when they took it, but it was there when they returned it. NO quality control. We had to turn the carpet 180 degrees to hide the stain under the couch, and the driver seemed irritated by that.
