ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service picked up my rug for cleaning and they also delivered it back to me when they were finished. The rug came back to me clean and it looked really good. I don't have any complaints about the rug itself. The communication with ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service online could have been better. The response time online was very slow or not at all. I think that this communication could be improved. Otherwise, the carpet cleaning is very good and I did like that they picked up and delivered.
