This was my first time using ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service, and they did a really good job. They were very good about pick up, delivery, and communication about the condition that had to be repaired. We have used other carpet cleaners before, and they have been perfunctory, but this company goes far above and beyond, and they did a fantastic job! You just won't get that from a regular carpet cleaner.

ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service is a little more expensive than a regular carpet cleaner, but it you want a high quality rug taken care of, I trust them completely. The job I had them do was quite expensive because it was two twin carpets that were Persian carpets. I really treasure these carpets, but they were frayed around the edges and had some holes worn through them. Now, the edges are really solid, and you can't tell where they had been frayed. They fixed the holes where it was worn, and I know where they are, but I can't see them on the carpet anymore.
