Rug repair
We have a large machine made oriental carpet whose fringe had become tattered. I was hoping for a fringe replacement and ABC came through in a big way! (We made sure we contacted the "real" ABC, not one of the fakes.) Terry in customer service was so helpful - she sent us different fringe samples for us to pick from. After we chose one, the carpet was picked up, the new fringe attached and the carpet is now back on our floor and looks great! And it did NOT cost $1,000+ which was the range of appraisals we received from other rug dealers in Soho and Madison Avenue. We would happily use ABC again.
