Their Communication Has Been A Little Confusing

I have been using ABC Rug & Carpet Cleaning Service for years. They came out to clean my rugs and upholstery.

There are sometimes problems with the communication between the scheduler and the workers. There seems to be some confusion about who is doing what and when they are supposed to do it. There are times when they don't arrive within the delivery window, and for someone who is on a schedule like I am, this can be a problem.

Another problem is that they have double billed me twice. I could not get them to reverse the additional charges, so I had to dispute them.

I will probably use them again because I am familiar with them, and I have gotten used to them.

We completely agree and understand your areas of concern. We always try to do our best when it comes to times, however, there are certain elements that we can not control such as traffic. Please keep in mind that each stop is different so one may take 5 minutes whereas another may take 30 minutes, and it is this reason why we call 30-60 minutes before arrival. We will work on open communication with the team to ensure it is established prior to the appointment time. In regards to the double-charging; other customers were concerned about being charged twice, as well. What actually happened is our new system was so intricate that if the slightest information did not match the bank's information it appeared to be charged twice. The charges never went through and fell off the account in a timely manner. We understand the inconveniences caused and needless to say, that system is not being utilized.


We appreciate you taking the time to let us know where we fell short of your expectations. We mentioned before that this is an opportunity for us to grow and provide you with the service you deserve. We greatly appreciate you giving us another opportunity.
