The delivery truck was 90 minutes late from their 4 hour window.. They didn't have all of my furniture. They also left oil from their truck on my driveway.. The bar stools that they brought, broke when I sat in them for the first time.. We ordered $8000 worth of furniture and they offered to send me a $50/$100 gift card to Big Sandy, like I'd go back.. It's been over a month and I still haven't received it.. This has been the worst buying experience I've ever had.. I even had email conversations with the President/CEO and nothing came of that either.. I will never return..
