Two negatives and two positives
We purchased a floor model fridge. The salesman , David, told us we could have it delivered between 5 and 7 on a particular day. Negative #1, no delivery done at that time. When the delivery man jake arrived in the middle of the day, as that is when deliveries actually take place, he phoned me to say the fridge was badly damaged and I probably didn't want to accept it. Negative #2 the damaged product. Positive #1 jake. I went to the store after work and the general manager made it right with a new fridge delivered in two days. Positive #2. So poor quality salesman and poor quality loading employee balanced out by excellent delivery man and general manager. What a shame all 4 employees could not have been as stellar as the two. Probably would return but would be VERY leary. Fridge turned out to be fine so ended ok.
