We had some problems with an old heater and we called Best Service to try and get it fixed. Jeff, the first technician who came out, tried his best to help us fix it. He tried everything he could but we did end up getting a new one after all. They did everything they could to fix it, though, so I was satisfied with the service. The price was about normal. They are really friendly, professional, and they did good quality work.
