Good Customer Service
My first experience with Best Service could have gone better but I appreciated that they took my problem seriously. I had wanted them to repair my 20-year-old air conditioning system, they convinced me to instead buy a completely new system. It was expensive and the first installer couldn't get it to work. It took 4 visits before finally a manager and his best technician came over to get it to work. Since then the system has been working well. I am pleased with the response time and the availability of the technicians to work on the problem with the system. Best Service was very responsive during this ordeal and they seemed to really want to fix the problem for me. Based on their customer service I would use them again myself.
