I have to say that our serviceman "Rick" is the most polite, professional and knowledgeable AC/electrician I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I will be calling back in a couple weeks for another service need pointed out by Rick and I will be asking that he return. My son lives nearby and will be calling also and again he will be asking for Rick. Thanks to Sylvia also for a quick response and attention to my specific needs.
