I recently had Best Service come out to do some repair work on the heater in my home, and thought the service from them went terribly. The boys who came out from Best Service did not know what they were doing. They clearly didn't know anything about the heater that I have, they said they have never seen one like it before. I had them do a couple repairs on the heater that made things worse, after the work was completed, which I paid $365 for, I had to have the repairs removed so it would work again. The workers also told me it needed to be vented, which it already was, and is also a ventless machine. At the end of the work they told me the heater was broken and would need to be replaced, but the heater was still in good condition, is only 2 years old and cost $6000 when it was purchased. Overall I thought the people from Best Service did not know what they were talking about, and I would not use their services again.
