Terrible Service
I recently went to Best Service when I was having a leak in my newly remodeled home, and was extremely disappointed with how the work from them went. The only positive thing about the work that was done was the two people who came out from Best Service were fantastic, they worked very hard and tried to keep us informed about what work was being done. Everyone else that I worked with or contacted from Best Service were terrible. I had called them out because on May 3rd we had a slab leak in our home, when they arrived they took a look around and said they had found the source of the leak which was apparently the hot water line under the sink. When I had asked them what the best plan of action was with the leak, I was told we should re-pipe the house, which would end up coming to about $16,000, when I asked what the other options were they gave me a couple, and we decided to have them just fix the line that the issue was coming from. The two guys that came out tried to reroute the kitchen sink which took a couple days, and once the work was completed they turned the sink on and realized that the work had not fixed the leak. They traced the pipes to try to find the leak again and ended up doing a reroute and re-piping for the whole home, which ended up coming to about $7000 with a 10 year warranty, but when the receipt arrived they had listed a 3 year warranty instead of the original warranty I had been quoted. Overall I thought Best Service had terrible service, I have been living in a hotel, and have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours trying to get the work from them done. They don't respond to calls, and charge a ridiculous amount for work that they are not able to complete. I do not recommend them at all, and I will never be using their services again.
