I called Best Service recently to get them to unclog a drain. Everything was great except that they called the heck out of us before they came out trying to see if we needed any other services done. It was on a Saturday and i finally told the guy that all we needed was for the drain to be unclogged because we were having company. I appreciated the updates of when workers were going to come, but all the other banter and suggestions kind of drove me crazy. The price for unclogging the drain ended up being more than we anticipated because it took more work than we initially thought it would. He did have to work pretty hard to unplug our drain, so the price-point was fine. I do think it was fair.
