I recently used Best Service to clean my drain. It took 25 calls to get the service done. They said they would be coming out and I waited around and no one called me and told me it would be delayed. I called so many times without response. The communication was terrible. The company was terrible to work with and the customer service was awful. When they finally came to do the job, they did do a good job. They were friendly and kind. They did the job completely and were clean. But the confusion and broken promises made it a bad experience for me. It ended up costing me $49 and so much of my time calling just to get my drain cleaned.
