We had a leak at our water main and feared a costly repair. Luke evaluated the situation and determined a simple tightening of a bolt was all that was needed. He cleaned up some corrosion and was on his way without charging us for a full hour of labor, which was very much appreciated. Hooray for Full Nelson and Luke!
