Scheduling the appointment was easy. There was an emergency with the first technician, but I was called by the office to get rescheduled which was also easy. Clint showed up a little bit past the 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM window but he called me that he was running late so it all worked out. He was friendly and professional and explained what he was going to be looking at. I did mention that I another appointment before he was able to complete the work. His professionalism allowed me to leave for my appointment while he completed the rest of the work. Clint emailed me the invoice as well as the recommendations he had and we are extremely happy with the inspection that was performed. Thank you!
