I was satisfied with the work but I was charged $225 to replace a shower cartridge. I was in a pinch and needed it fixed ASAP but there's no way it should have cost that much. Especially considering I had already removed all the shower parts down to the cartridge. It was a 15-20 minute fix at the most. Unfortunately because of the cost I can't say I'd use Full Nelson again, although I do have other plumbing projects that need to be completed over the next year.
