It Is Still In Progress, Unresolved, I Have Mixed Feelings With Them
I had some problems with Full Nelson Plumbing Heating & Cooling this time. I gave them a call to have some work done to my sump pump. They had to coordinate with the city about what they were going to do to fix it. Both the technicians and the city seemed to think it was a good idea to connect the basement sump pump to the garage sump pump. That did not bode well. The first rainstorm we got after they did that and they backed up. It was too much of a load on the system and it flooded the garage. The garage sump pump drainage line goes out to a ditch. What "should" have been done is that a line from the basement sump pump should have been filtered out to the ditch as well but on its own line. I called them and explained the problem and all the damage in the garage now with the flooding. They said they would call me back in a few days. It has now been almost two weeks and they have not called back. I am very frustrated that the city signed off on the two lines being merged together. The workers from Nelson felt that merging was okay. It is like they all were finding ways to cut corners instead of correctly solving the problem. Keep in mind that although my points that I'm talking about seem negative, it should not be viewed as entirely negative. The technicians did do a good job with what they did and the quality of their work was fine. It is just the end result that the merged line did not handle couldn't let the sump pump keep up with the rain and caused the flooding in the garage. I hope now that it has been over two weeks that they will finally reach out to me to get this solved. I do not know if I would use Full Nelson Plumbing Heating & Cooling again.
