The sales guy who came out from Carrano Air Contracting was very knowledgeable and looked inside the furnace to see what size it was. He knew his stuff, and we kind of hit it off. Out of the four companies I had contacted for bids, he was the only sales guy who looked at my furnace to see what size I needed. All of this was because they replaced the heating and air conditioning system in my house.

I had used them years ago for a service call but that was back about 17 years ago. I called them again because I drive past their office and had used them before, so they were one of the contractors I called for bids. After they installed it I tried to reprogram the thermostat and was having trouble, so I called their service manager and he had a service tech here in 20 minutes--and everything is fine.
