They did a great job. I have two air conditioning units in my home, and the upstairs unit wasn't circulating the cool air properly. The technician Carrano sent out arrived on time, and he had a great knowledge-base regarding the work he was doing. He took care to ask me detailed questions, like if I was getting cool air in the rooms that were problematic, and if I understood the new features and new equipment. He also made sure to ask before taking things apart to complete the installation of the new upstairs air conditioner. The new unit is running well. Even though it's larger, it's economically friendly, and it runs much more quietly than the previous one I had. Overall, I'm really pleased with their service.
