Donmar Company's staff is responsive and courteous, and the workers who came in were clean and answered all my questions. They replaced the two air conditioning units and furnace system, did the work efficiently, and were very good about allowing us to see the demonstration and ask a lot of questions. They were patient.

The service tech I have dealt with in the past is Paul, and the installers are Javier and Edgar. It is easy to schedule appointments, and they are extremely prompt. They call the night before to let me know when they will arrive. We've had a relationship with Donmar Company for years, and we also like them because are a small business and a local company.
