This review is better late than never! Donmar replaced my heat pump a couple of years ago. Don himself came out to estimate, really knew his stuff, and was patient with all of my questions. He could have sold me a bigger-than-necessary unit but didn't even try -told me I didn't need it.

His techs were on time, considerate and tidy. They explained everything and were careful not to track dirt into my house.
