I heard of Donmar through the VA Power Company. My husband and I hired them to install a new heat pump and thermostat. The guy who came for the consultation was very knowledgeable. He gave us all the proper discounts we were meant to receive through our carrier and VA Power Co. The technicians who did the install were very nice and proficient. They arrived promptly and were courteous. They installed a new thermostat that is connected to our wifi. Afterwards they explained everything and suggested that we read the manual so that we could understand and control the new system. I was able to understand their explanation, and reading the manual helped as well. They installed the system very efficiently and we have been pleased to have no issues with the service. The technicians who did the install informed us that the efficiency of the new system would cause our bill to drop. We have had one bill since the install and it was cheaper than last years. We are very pleased.
