On 2/4/19 I called One Hour Air/Benjamin Franklin pluming telling them I needed a handicap toilet and I needed it installed. They sent Chis Humbert out to give me an estimate. I told him it needed to be 18 inches high. He said that there was no such thing but he could get me a 17 inch. I said no thank you and took him to my back bathroom to show him an 18 inches high toilet. He said okay, I’ll find you one. A few days later One Hour Air/Benjamin Franklin pluming called me and told me that Chis Humbert did found me an 18 inches high toilet but he was out sick but would install in on Monday 2/11/19. After he installed it, I went to see it and it was a 17 inch. Chis Humbert said no, that it was 17 and ¾ inch. I get my tape measurer and yes, it was 17 inches on the nose. Chis Humbert said not to worry, he would go get the 18 inches that I had order. I never saw him again. On 2/18/19 I called One Hour Air/Benjamin Franklin pluming and talked to the supervisor Eric Vantassel and he said that he would make it right and get me my 18 inches high toilet. I never heard from him again either. I called back on 2/25/19 but the supervisor Eric Vantassel was not there. Today is 3/4/19 it’s been a whole month dealing with One Hour Air/Benjamin Franklin pluming. I just hope no one else gets takes advantage by this company.
p.s. Finally, right before I sent this to the BBB I called One Hour Air/Benjamin Franklin pluming to get Eric last name. Becky said my handicap toilet was finally in and Paul Ryan came and installed it and now, finally all is well
