the installer was wonderful and friendly. No problems with his service. The problem is with the appointment receptionist. I called had an appointment for the same day. Which was a Wednesday. My appointment was between 2 and 6 P.M. I called the same phone number I made the appointment with and that's when everything fell apart. They informed me I did not have an appointment, and they would not be able to come out that day. They stated they could come out the next day, but some of us do work. My next day off was not until Sat. Well they did not give me the price it would have been on Wednesday (my actual appointment) When the installer came out he stated it would be 270.00 to install one toilet and twice that much for two. OMG really. They had me because I needed a working toilet in at least one bathroom for people to use. I did pay for one and only one. They never told me that it would be more for a Saturday and this company is the one that lost my appointment for Wednesday. The one lady asked me what number I called well the same number I called to make the original appointment! Very disappointed.
