I called Ben Franklin for the first time because I had a plugged bathroom sink drain and a leaking outdoor faucet. Scott had to move the pedestal sink to clean out the drain and he had to replace the outdoor faucet which was old and corroded. The repairs were more expensive than I expected, but Scott explained how much the work would cost and why before going ahead. The work was done quickly and efficiently and Scott had the tools and parts he needed in the truck so there was no need for a trip to the hardware store. He had to do some concrete work for the outside project and he did not have quite enough ready mix concrete to finish the job, so it will need a touch-up. Also, I wish he had re-caulked the joint between the sink and the wall--I didn't notice that until later. (I can probably fix that myself.) Despite these small issues, I was pleased with the work and pleased with the quick service. Scott is a helpful and kind person and a good communicator.
