On my second call to BF Plumbing yesterday I had a very sympathetic & understanding gentleman on the phone - he understood the problem was an emergency- & was able to get help for me right away. Mr Paul Ryan showed up & worked diligently to take care of our very difficult problem - it took him several hours & he was able to free up our sewer line. Paul was professional & caring. What a great man! You at Ben Franklin Plumbing are extremely lucky to have someone like him working for& with you!!
