I incurred my plumbing problem on Wednesday evening, however, never got a visit until Monday afternoon. In addition, the cost of the repairs was way too high. The repairs were done in half an hour and required a short piece of pvc pipe and I was charged $275 for the repairs, in addition to $69 diagnostic over the phone. The worker did a good job but the charge was excessive.
